Hello Msvasquez62,

I'm glad we could help you out and that your computer is now running properly.

Now, my neice was given a computer that when booted up gives a warning of Malware and viruses. Please help me make this computer safe for her.

In order to assist you, we need more information from you. We need to know what the operating system is: Windows XP, Vista etc.

Also, what program is providing the alerts at boot-up?

Can you tell us what security programs are installed?

Orange Blossom
