Hi there!!!
I'm new to this so i'm sorry if i've posted in the wrong place :flowers:

I have a friend who is running two desktop pc's and a laptop on a small home network sharing an internet connection. What is happening is having trouble getting onto the internet since last sunday. A message keeps appearing on the screen saying limited or no connection.

When you go into internet explorere a message appears saying it cant connet to www.google.com servers

He ran a spyware programme not quite sure which one but this appeared -

Hijacker.InternetHKEY_USERS|S-1-5-21-4208825814-3regkey

He cant seem to get shot of it. I know he ran avg but it didn't pick anything up

Any help would be greatly appreciated
cheers
Will
