Hi, i have the following 2 video cards:

ati radeon x1950 pro


NVIDIA Geforce 8600 GTS

Which one is better for gaming?

A lot of people say it depends on the chipset of your motherboard, but i digress. I'd go with the nVidia, that's based on my bad experiences with ATI cards. but really if you have both, why not just try them out and see which one you like better?

That ATI card is a bit faster then the Nvidia, but on the other hand that nvidia card has DX10 support, which makes newer games look a bit better. I would look trhoguh those benchmarks usasma posted and see which one you'd prefer.

IMHO I'd go with the Nvidia. (Then again, Im a little biased, as my machine is running a 8600GTS right now (256MB))
