Hi helpmepleaseimstuck

A couple of questions first:
1. I'm getting conflicting reports about a program on your system:
MERCURY can you tell me if you installed it and what it's for.

2. I see you are using Symantec Internet Security Suite
i can only see references in your log for the Anti-Virus.... what Firewall are you using?

Please download ComboFix

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

There are full instructions on how to download and run ComboFix here:
How to use ComboFix
Please follow all the instructions to the letter...(this is very important)

When finished, it will produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. This may cause it to stall

In your next reply, please submit:
Combofix.txt
A new Hjt log
and could you answer those 2 questions for me please.

Thanks.
