I reacently bought a laptop with Windows VIsta 64 Dual core. Well, I was going to install Nero 7 that I have installed in my Windows XP and I get an error message for system compatability. Well I was I guess OK with it and decided to go ahead and unindstall the partial installed components and it also gives me an error message. I tried insertoing the Nero CD and going to the uninstall and also through the control panel options on uninstaling but I get the same error message both times.

Customer Action DLL crashed on last call function 'NeroAg_UnregiserComEx'. The installer must exit now.

It appears that Nero 7 has issues with Vista - have you updated to the latest version with all applicable patches? I'd suggest a visit to the Nero website to be sure: http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-nero7-update.php
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

nero makes a specialized clean tool, I would use it

make sure you have your serial number

I just installed 7.5 on vista 32 bit, it glitched on a friend, I went back and just rightclicked, run as adminisrator

with 64 bit I would set compatibility for 32 bit for good measure

No. Try not. Do... or do not. There is no try.
