Trojan Infection - Vundo.po

I am running XP Pro sp2 on an AMD Athlon 64 processor w/ 512 mb ram. I began getting msgs from my CA antivirus that I had an infection with PMNLM.dll a couple of weeks ago. I run Ad Aware 2007, Spybot and stinger on a regular basis. Spybot will no longer run. I have unistalled and re-installed. It doesn't respond once you click "check for problems"
I have run VundoFix and VirtumundoBegone The test from which is below:
