Problem with PDF files

Hey, i recently changed from adobe reader 4 to adobe reader 7 and since i have done this i cant open pdf files from the web.
I have to save them to my hard drive before i can open them?
Any body know what is causing this and how i can fix it??

Uninstall both readers first, then download and install it again and see if that helps

I had experienced some similar trouble a while back.

This is what I did. Now mind you that I have Win. ME. This may or may not apply to other OS.

>Start
>Settings
>Control Panel
>Add/Remove Programs
>Highlighted Adobe Reader
>Click on remove

A box will open "Welcome to the Setup Wizard for Adobe Reader 6.0.1
( I realize that you have Adobe Reader 7.0) It still may work.

>Tick on the option for "Repair"
> Let it do it's thing. :thumbsup:

I was going to d/l Ver. 7.0 to check if this would work with that version. But it is not available for ME. :flowers:
