Do you happen to have an HP computer? Apparently Vongo is preloaded on to some HP laptops. (at least all the references I found mentioned laptops)

According to Wikipedia "Vongo is a video on demand service, owned by Liberty Media's Starz Entertainment, parent company of the Starz network, that allows the user to download and view movies for a fixed price per month."

A quick search for removal of Vongo took me to cnet.com forums where there are 65 posts about Vongo. Apparently there are a lot of people who are unhappy about this being included on their systems.

It seems that it's a bear to get rid of, going through Add/Remove to uninstall doesn't work.
Here is the link to the cnet forum, you might find something there that will work for you.
