I Have A Virus: Tk58[1].exe Is What Avg Shows

My computer started running really slow and ad ons and pop ups will start popping up every 30 seconds or so. So i downloaded AVG anti virus and anti spyware software and run both of them. It found the tk58[1].exe virus and also a whole lot of adware/spyware. I deleted all of it, restarted the pc and then when I came back on it was doing the same thing. So sure enough I did the scan again and it was still there.
