ok so i am having some trouble with my computer

I have ran cureit.exe and then also ran a registry mechanic afterwards both in safemode and both found many problems and i will go on with my normal tasks of listening to music and checking my e-mail but then ill start getting popups and what ever so i go through and clean it again using the sam process and it will be fine but now i did the windows update and i have been getting Kmode errors when the computer starts and random message boxes saying my computer might be at risk and i have roughly 100 files in my my documents that are pos.tmp files and i am unable to delet them in safemode idk where they came from i thought they were from the windows update i have no clue let me know some things i should do pls thanx
