Cdfvie.dll Problem Please Help!

Hi everyone Im new here, I have a Dell Laptop and I seemed to have caught a trojan (cdfvie) I have Ad-Aware, Spybot search and destroy, And well I thought I had an anti-virus runnin gin the background but I guess I didnt, so I installed AVG free edition. Can anyone help and maybe walk me through it, I am PC literate jsut need to know what steps to take ;-)
