Microsoft Corp's April 2004 Security Update came out today announcing 3 Critical Updates and 1 Important update. All four updates with the potential for someone to remotely take over your computer.

The four updates are as follows:

MS04-011 - This classified as an Critical update containing 14 separate security updates.

MS04-012 - This is classified as an Critical update for the RPC/DCOM service, which had brought us msblaster last time. This updates contains 4 separate security updates.

MS04-013 - This is classified as an Critical update for Outlook Express.

MS04-014 - This is classified as an Important update for the Jet database engine.

Needless to say, with 20 updates being released in the same day, you should definitely pay a visit to Microsoft's Windows Update. If you download the updates first, make sure you install them!
