I haven't ruby1. Did that just happen to you? Did the browsers simply not connect to the internet, or did they not load up?

no page would display in either browser ;strangely I ran a BB health check which WAS OK; after that I coudl get onto pages; THEN it went off again and a BB test asked me to check my connections;

ONE worry, posed by another 'hidden ' site ( that no one on here will be able to access)was that I may have inadvertantly revealed info to an unscrupulous third party on an on- line form I completed on a survey; I am guessing that my phone line MAY have gone off line for a mo ; BUT it is worrying when someone does suggest a hacker possibility from an on line survey :thumbsup:

Hi ruby1,

I'm curious: What is a BB health check? I doubt that it has anything to do with Bubble Baths :thumbsup: .

Did your internet woes coincide with sending the survey information?

What sort of survey was it and what was its purpose? That is, was it a class-related survey, a marketing survey, a research survey sponsored by a University etc.? and what was the purpose of the on-line form?

Just what or who provided the hacker alert? Can you provide more context please?
