Hello gian0819,

Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop.

Double click SDFix.exe and choose Install to extract it to its own folder on the Desktop. Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
  • Choose your usual account.
  • Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
  • Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
  • It will remove any Trojan Services or Registry Entries found then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
  • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
  • When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
  • Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt.
  • Finally copy and paste the contents of the results file Report.txt back onto the forum with a new HijackThis log

Hi gian0819,

Looks like you have a nasty Backdoor Trojans on your computer. What found it? Your Avast antivirus?

http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyc...me=WORM_RBOT.AP

WORM_RBOT.AP
Aliases: Backdoor.Win32.rbot.aeu (Kaspersky), W32/Sdbot.worm.gen.g (McAfee), W32.Spybot.Worm (Symantec), Worm/rbot.aeu.158 (Avira), W32/rbot-Gen (Sophos),
This worm propagates via network shares. It uses a hardcoded list of weak user names and passords to attempt to log into a system. Upon execution, this memory-resident worm drops a copy of it...

Also known as Win32/Malum.BHV, Win32.Malum.BHV, Backdoor.MS03-026 Exploit.Trojan (InoculateIT), Backdoor.MS03-026_Exploit!Trojan (InoculateIT), Win32/Rbot.SP (Eset), W32/Spybot.WE (F-Secure), Backdoor.Win32.Rbot.aeu (Kaspersky)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Backdoor Trojans are very dangerous because they provide a means of accessing a computer system that bypasses security mechanisms. Remote attackers use backdoor Trojans as part of an exploit to to gain unauthorized access to a computer and take control of it without your knowledge. If your computer was used for online banking or has credit card information on it, all passwords should be changed immediately to include those used for email, eBay and forums. You should consider all your passwords to be compromised. They should be changed by using a different computer and not the infected one. Do not change passwords or do any transactions while using the infected computer because an attacker may get the new passwords and transaction information. Banking and credit card institutions should be notified of the possible security breech.

Download SUPERantispyware
  • Load SUPERantispyware and click the check for updates button.
  • Once the update is finished click the scan your computer button.
  • Check Perform Complete Scan and then next.
  • Superantispyware will now scan your computer and when its finished it will list all the infections it has found.
  • Make sure that they all have a check next to them and press next.
  • Click finish and you will be taken back to the main interface.
  • Click Preferences and then click the statistics/logs tab. Click the dated log and press view log and a text file will appear.
  • Copy and paste the log to this thread.
************************

You will need to use Internet Explorer for this scan.

Disable your Avast antivirus program and go here to run BitDefender Online Scan.
Click on I Agree.
Avoid clicking on other links as you don't need to try out the full install at this point, just the online scanner.

When the ActiveX Control has loaded, click on "Click here to scan".
Please be patient, as this scan may take a few hours. It all depends on the number of files on your computer.
By default, BitDefender Online Scanner will scan your entire computer.
NOTE: If you are running XP SP2, you may need to click on the Information Bar to allow the ActiveX to install and may need to repeat the BitDefender Online Scan.

When BitDefender completes the scan, select the "Detected Problems" tab.
Click on "Click here to export scan".
Save the file as an HTML to your Desktop.
Then click on the saved file and allow it to open with your browser.
Go to Edit - Select All then copy/paste that log back here.
Post the BitDefender log.

i dunno? my cousin also uses this pc

All the cracked or illegal programs you or your cousin downloaded come with trojans and viruses.

From the logs I can see that you actually installed some plug ins that appear on crack sites to get access to the cracks.
They install the malware on your system.

If you visit crack sites, use cracks, you'll ALWAYS get infected.

This not only because of the crack itself, but because one single click entering that site may already download and install a huge malware bundle.

You really have to change your surfing habits, because these malware bundles may contain a key logger, collecting all your passwords and installing other random malware, compromising your system including infecting other computers.

And this all, because you visited some illegal sites.
Also, keep in mind, malware DAMAGES A LOT!

And the damage can't always be repaired, so a format and reinstall is the only solution in such cases.

So is it really worth it? Get illegal software for "free", but compromise/break your computer instead....

Better to avoid this instead and change your surfing habits. Then this wouldn't have happened.

Don't forget to change your passwords afterwards, once we are done with this thread, because they are known. Don't change them now, because as long as the malware is still present, it will gather the changed passwords as well.
