Can any1 help me in finding a site that instructs 1 on a Step-By-Step tutorial or instructions on how to build your own website?

4 later reference. But would like 2 have on hand..

free web host has some assistance, but it takes some time. At least you can get an idea of what is involved and actually do it for free.
A related piece of software free from google also has some valuable features,
worth having if you store a lot of pictures on your PC and would like them automatically
organized and easily transfered to a Blog page.

Picassa2 (and the others from google, perhaps ignore the recommendation to download all five, unless you are ready for a dramatic change in your PC's "behavior" all at once)
