Hi to all!

Just joined Bleeping Computer and am impressed with all that it has to offer.

I am a retired (1995) DBMS programmer. However, I continue to program in Excel for fun and to stay in the loop. Although, Excel is not what I was trained in, I believe I am fairly proficient. My strong point is programming using VBA in modules and sheet code pages. I am a little weak in creating formulas in the spredsheet cells. But I generally figure them out. If anyone has questions or needs help with Excel (2003-2007) I would be happy to help. If I do not know the solution I can usually find one through other Excel forums. So feel free to ask.

Regards - Larry

I am sure you will be able to answer questions in the BusinessApplicationsForum, and probably elsewhere, as well. Thanks for joining BC and thanks also for offering to share your areas of knowledge and expertise!

My name is Amjad. I found Bleeping Computer through a google search for Win32 TratBHO[Trj] a Trojan Horse that seems to no go away even though it is detected by Avast at startup and I click "Move To Chest" every time. I noticed this problem had already been posted to BC and the discussion closed. I will look to find the appropriate forum to post this in. However I wanted to introduce myself first and say that I am happy to have found BC and hope they will help in solving the problem. My background is not in computers and I am self taught. I am looking forward to a pleasant and productive experience and from what I have already read on some of the forums and the introductory material I have no doubt that I will enjoy and learn from this experience. Thanks to all for making BC available.
