Do you have a budget in mind? What are your plans for the printer? Lastly does it need to be portable?

Be sure to check to ensure that the printer is supported in Windows 95 - and that you've got the proper connections available to connect the printer to the computer (usually an LPT port).

ElizP, I suggest you to go through TestFreaks and read reviews of different models of printers:
http://www.testfreaks.com/printers/

Try to filter the results by Popularity or Score and for sure you'll find something interesting.
Hope it will help

Windows 95 isnt going to leave you with very many choices. Nothing new will work with 95 or 98 anymore for that matter.
An older used HP Deskjet will work
In the beginning there was the command line.
