ok here it is, I need a new gfx card to play CS:S but people at Steampowered say that since i hae an integrated gfx card (dell) they say that i cant change it, and one person there suggested to post my problem here and see if anybody can help me

You should be able to DISABLE onboaed video in the BIOS . In some cases is will just work along side the newly installed card giving you dual monitor capabilities .
Depending how old your Dell is you may only have PCI with no AGP slot . It won't hurt your computer to try .
