Hi there!

I found your site by searching the internet for advice on how to get rid of malicious software!
I am experiencing 2 problems with my pc (portable) and i would very much appreciate it if you could help!
Since I do not have enough knowledge on computers and operating systems, I will try to describe the problems the best way I can.

The first one is an error report that appears during startup. It says:
"During a scan of files at system startup, potential errors in the system registry were found.
P-07-0100 irql:if SYSVER 0XFF00024
NT_Kernel error 1256
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED"
I have to say that 2-3 times during the last 3 weeks I was forced to shut down the pc by unplugging the battery since it freeze up and did not respond to anything(only the background of the desktop was visible)

The second one (which I don’t know if it affects the previous one) is that I got a message from Trend Micro for Trojans.
TROJ_ZAPHAST.DM
TROJ_VUNDO.YEK
TROJ_VUNDO.KP
Furthermore, I get annoying messages that seem to be from windows but they are not. If I click on them, internet explorer starts and goes to a page for downloading anti-spyware software. My system has become very slow and sometimes it won’t even open “my documents”.
On the desktop, there are 2 icons - Windows Update and Windows Help and Support which also link to that anti-spywares site. They wont stay in recycling bin.
When I open my computer, it pops up telling me to install the anti-spyware. And my C: drive has a red cross as its icon.
In my C: drive there are lots of .tmp files. And I mean LOTS!

Here's an HJT file.

I apologize for the very long delay. We have a huge backlog of HijackThis Logs to handle and it has been taking us greater time than normal to get caught up. If you are still having a problem, and want us to analyze your information, please post a brand new HijackThis log, along with a description of any problems you are experiencing. If we do not hear back from you within a couple of days we will need to close your topic.

When posting your logs please post them directly into the reply. Do not attach them.

Thank you for your patience.
