Problem shutting down

Hi again,

Yesterday, I found out that my PC had difficulty in shutting down. Even after I close all windows and click Start -> Turn Off Computer -> Turn off, it'll hang at the "Windows is shutting down" page. Also, sometimes when I try to open multiple IExplorer windows, it won't open immediately but take like 30secs to open but will show an error msg about some I/O not functioning. Dunno if you can help on this.

Install this program:

User Profile Hive Cleanup Service


but will show an error msg about some I/O not functioning

You should post the complete error message.

Everyday is virus day. Do you know where your recovery CDs are ?
