I had a nasty trojan (several, actually) on my computer but used PC Tools Antivirus and it seems to have removed the viruses and allowed me to delete the thousands of pos.tmp the virus would create every time I started my computer. However, I still have a red X icon on my Local Disk C: directory and I was told to run HighjackThis and post a log, so here I am!
