Well i have no background but it is not neat at all. My entire screen is filled with little notepad icons  I am addicted to using notepad as, well a notepad, and it tends to cause a bit of clutter.

No screensaver, three shortcuts on a basic blue background.

All those annoying little icons are in a folder on the task bar. Nothing permanent on the desk top but a transparent clock in the corner.

Have you tried the neat MS PowerToy that changes your wallpaper at set intervals? Every half hour there is a new background picture displayed.

Am considering using that for a clock. Put a set of pics on different colored backgrounds and know by the comibination what time it is.

What language do you code in Raw?

Basic (on a TI 99-4A - shows my age), C, C++, CGI/PERL, Bash Shell, some Korn Shell (anyone still use this shell??), lil pieces of PHP, Visual Basic (blah), Karamba scripts, I'm learning Qt and I just installed Runtime Revolution which is a cross platform development tool (I haven't really done anything with it yet).

Using wine or some other emulator?

No emulation:
InstantAOL is a straight C hack from the Gateway Internet Device.
DirtyPlates did most of the work, I just fixed some code to run with my setup.

Just the use the free picture server that brunt used.

You basically take a screen shot and save it. Then upload it to that server and then in a post here, click on the IMG button above to insert the image.
