Hey Guys,

First off, thanks to anyone who responds and attempts to help me

Recently, I noticed that the fonts on my computer were acting a little bit strange. For example, Firefox (even tested this on IE), displayed a different font each time I rebooted. Currently, everything that is selectable text, (wikipedia, google), shows up in italicized letters, even though, in reality, they shouldn't be. I believe that this also affects windows because when I play something in WMP, the text shows up as italicized as well. Before it was italicized, it was some really weird font that I couldn't even read. Obviously, I want to get rid of this.

I've run Spybot, Ad-Aware, Windows Defender, and McAfee, all with no luck. I'm can provide a hijackthis log to possibly help whoever might be able to provide advice.

Hello fastswimguy and welcome to BC :flowers:

I see that you have an HJT log posted here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic132466.html

Since you have posted this log, DO NOT make any further changes to your computer: deleting files, editing the registry, using special fix tools, installing or uninstalling software etc. as this will make it more difficult for the HJT team to help you.

Please be patient as the HJT team is very busy. DO NOT bump your log as the team may think that someone is already helping you. If you have not had a response in five days, add a response to the five days no response topic and paste in the link to your thread.

Orange Blossom
Help us help you. If HelpBot replies, you MUST follow step 1 in its reply so we know you need help.
