App4r.exe is related to Lexmark printers according to Prevx.

Do you have Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed? From some related discussion I've read, .NET Framework is required by App4r.exe in order for the printer to work properly.

If you have .NET installed, then check with Lexmark Support if no one else responds with a solution.
