can someone help me with my problem?

my mp3 and ipod can't be detected in my pc..
it used to be detected before our pc got repaired...

but thumb drives and other usbs can be detected..

i wonder if the mp3 comes software installation... or others.. whatever..

pc: pentium III 1000mhz
os: windows xp media centre 2004

Check Device Manager for any instances of the ipod or mp3. If there, delete them and then reboot. It should see new hardware and possibly install the drivers again.

Try it and let us know.
