Is it sage to re-locate windows folder

My question: is it safe to re-locate the windows folder into a system called Folder Lock(system that password locks and hides folders from people using computer). and if it is do i have to change any settings. by the way if you need to know i am running Windows XP home ed.

I don't think you should try that as system files are accessed all the time to keep your computer running. That program is more for things like your personal documents and stuff you don't want anybody playing with or changing. If you locked the Windows files you won't be able to boot.
