I have Zone Alarm 7.0 which I downloaded in mid January. Now I want to add something and I cant because my Zone Alarm keeps asking for a password (which I have reset online several times) which says I am typing in the wrong password. Now I am so frustrated I just want to remove Zone Alarm and cannot because attempts to remove it require the same dumb password.

I restarted in safe mode and removed files that end with rdb, ldb, tmp. No luck.

Attempts to remove from the start menu still ask for password.

HHHHEEELLLLPPPP!!!!
