I'm assuming that I will be doing something with the line:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {E11770A3-A75B-42F0-83D9-051D7CA792BB} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\clusap.dll
But I want to make sure if thats right and what I need to do with it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Hi .

Please re-open HiJackThis and scan. Check the boxes next to all the entries listed below.

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {E11770A3-A75B-42F0-83D9-051D7CA792BB} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\clusap.dll
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [msiconf.exe] msiconf.exe

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked. Close HiJackThis. Reboot into safe mode.

Restart your computer and as soon as it starts booting up again continuously tap F8. A menu should come up where you will be given the option to enter Safe Mode.

Please set your system to show All Files.
Click Start, open My Computer, select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.

Using Windows Explorer, delete the following files/folders in red (Do not be concerned if they do not exist)

C:\Windows\system32\clusap.dll <--this file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msiconf.exe <--this file

After all, please clean out your recycle bin.

Reboot your computer into normal windows and post a new Hijackthis log.
