Welcome, Jeepster!
The community of members here share knowledge and help one another, since no one can possibly know everything about every area in computing.
Welcome, Sara!
Everyone here started not knowing much, if anything about computers and the internet. One of the best places to go is the BC Tutorials, especially those about computer security; knowledge is not only power, but safety, when dealing with the internet, which is not a safe place. Never hesitate to post a question or problem, even if you think it is "dumb;" you will find others more than willing to help you here at BC!
Regards to you both,
John

Enjoy your stay!
