Quite some time ago, and on another computer, I was fiddling around and came up with what seemed to be a total list of everything that was on or had been on the computer. It was in alphabetical order and there were litterally thousands of things there obviously covering the entire life of the computer.

At this moment I have a computer which I bought 2nd hand from my computer guy and I would like to find this hidden cache again if possible, to see what is there. Can anyone help me please?
