Hi all,
I have just signed up to this as i really really need some help with fixing my computer. I have just recently done a AVG virus scan on my computer and it has picked up the Virus PS/Psyme...!! It is located in- C:\windows\temporaryInternetFiles\content.lE5\0LQR0XiR\3[1].htm and it cannot heal it, keeps saying this was an error trying to heal. I have also noticed that after about 20mins of me using the computer the mouse starts jumping all over the screen with just a slight touch from me, and it starts highlighting things and clicking things and i barely touch it, i then press CTRL ALT DEL and on the list is a program called 'watch' i end task and the computer seems to go back to normal for a while, just today it has got so bad that i noticed my computer wont play any of my videos and it is loading the internet very slow. This 'watch' program is still there, i also tried going to 'add/remove programs' to see if i could delete it from there but it was not on the list.....??? I am so pissed and frazzled by this i have lost ideas as to what to do.. HELP!! How do i get rid of this Virus and fix my computer......????? :flowers:

Regards, snow4jazz

Hello and welcome. Please tell me what is your Operating system (XP,2000 etc),Browser and if you have Sun Java installed & version. You can check Java by going to control Panel>Add and Remove Programs,,scroll list for Java 2 Runtime Environment...if there the vrsion will be listed after it.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
