POST = Power On Self Test
It occurs when you start the computer.
Precisely before the BIOS initiates the procedure
needed to load the OS.some info
The beeps have certain codes, depending on what the
particular cause might be.
With EVERYTHING in place, hardware & software,
this happens each time you turn your PC on:

- OS load (welcome screen)
- Boot initialization (boot .ini) completes
- Full functioning of the OS available
- takes a period of time, faster is more desirable, usually
