Hello

I am trying to uninstall Sage accounts from my computers but I keep getting the following error message. "Error 1620 the installation package could not be opened." Can anyone help me solve this issue.

Many thanks

Paul

How are you trying to uninstall it, with Add/Remove Programs? Try locating the program file and see if there's an uninstall folder and use it instead. You can also try the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. Check any box that refers to Sage and run it
***Note Do not use the utility for Microsoft Office products***
