Infected With Activex Virus, Heres My Hijack File

I think im infected with a Active X Videovirus, it constantly tells me to download a special antivirus program (which I will obviously not do).

So I thought you might be able to help me, heres my hijack this file (I allready ran 3 different antivir/spyware tests but couldnt get rid of it):
