Blue Screen Error And Dump File

I have received a blue screen on two laptop. both of these laptop were from an image I have created recently. here is what i found in event viewer. also is there any good program I can use to read the dump .dmp. I have download WinDbg , but I donít know how to use it. any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks. :thumbsup:

Event ID: 1001
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000000a (0x00000029, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x804da6db). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini020808-06.dmp.

Post the results of the analysis (from the Major Geeks link) and let us have a look at it.

As you can see from the list there, there are many, many different causes.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
