Ok, I just had some problems with XP installation - all is well now. (another post under my name)

I now am having problems with Audio.
Devicemanager says all is working.
But in Sounds and Audio states no audio hardware.
Although the speakers were working yesterday and all was well.

Anyone got any suggestions.

Remove the drivers, reboot, reinstall the drivers.

And...don't use any drivers available at the WinUpdate site, use the motherboard manufacturer's website or the system manufacturer's site for such.

I've done the reinstalled upload thing didnt work.
I am not sure what exact drivers I would need to download or what maufacture site

Also, device manager - it has 3 things in other devices, that are yellow exclamation
Other Devices:
Ethernet controller
PCI device
video controler vga compatiable

I've tried to fix these, and no help either.
Dont know if this is why the audio isn't working or what not.

this has me stumped.
