Hi, after a year of being free from trojans/viruses, unfortunately i have been hit yet again. This time, i noticed it when my computer rebooted by itself one particular night. Then after, about every 5mins or so, some default windows audio files are played through my speakers lending me to think that something is wrong. I have had several attempts at removing this including running AVG7.5 in safe mode with internet connection unplugged. It seemed to have found the culprit, but however many times i click HEAL or MOVE TO VAULT, the same THREAT DETECTED windows pops up every 10seconds. I have followed the prep guide and my hijack this log is below. Thank you so much for taking your time to help!

Hi all that have read my horrors. I have managed to clear my computer of the virus/trojan throught using AVAST!. It was a thorough deep scan in safe mode (be prepared for 6-8hr scan time) that detected and deleted the threatening files. Although i did the same thing with AVG, that only detected but could not remove it. Gratz to Avast! Hope my concerns have helped someone else out there. Good luck and thank whoever for inventing forumz~
