Infected With Spyware?

My computer is infected with spyware or some program that is trying to change my homepage every time I use explorer
It changes my homepage to puresafetyhere.com and trys to sell me winspykiller software

I've tried to remove it with my antispyware programs but with no luck
any help would be great

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I was able to fix it in safe mode with smithfraudfix

I would delete this topic if I knew how
