help. scanned online w/ 3 and still trouble

I received a warning from symantec enterprise that it had id'd a trojan but couldn't delete or quarentine and did nothing the file was ifect[1].anr and some searchs had this: ifect[1].anr infected by "Exploit.Win32.IMG-ANI.c" Virus
I ran antivirus online scans of RAV, trend and panda seemed to be abloe to fix the id'd items. Trend micro couldn't. It id'd D3wy.exe and iplc.exe that are still in msconfig and ctr+alt+del. Ran symantec and MS spyware. The HT log follows: Thanks

Download cwshredder 2.12 from here:

http://cwshredder.net/bin/CWShredder.exe

Run the file after it is downloaded and click on the fix button. Let it do its thing and when its done, even if it crashes.

When its done run hijackthis again post a new log
