I have a large file on my computer called Outlook PST Files. They are .pst files. I don't know what these are.

Is it OK to delete these or are they crucial to the running of Outlook or Win XP Pro?

Good morning Joe.

PST files are where Outlook stores all of your saved e-mails, calendar events, etc. So deleting them would likely be a bad thing to do. In fact, you should back them up regularly.
