The following error message appears when I power up my laptop: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ntndis.exe. I get locked at that time and can't proceed with anything.

Hi missyf,

Welcome to BC.

It looks like you've posted your first topic in the wrong forum. This section is for new members to 'introduce' themselves, i.e. Hi, Hello, etc

Hopefully, someone will move your post and help you, or instead you could post in the link provided.

Thanks for re-directing me. I am in fact new to BC and this was my first attempt at posting an issue. I entered my topic again under the Windows XP forum.
