Maybe someone will know what these means because I sure don't. Please help!

Your system could become unstable.
A potential problem has been detected and Windows has been shutdown bugsy application to prevent damage to your computer.
****wxyz.sys- Address f73120AE base at C0000, Datestamp 36b072A3
Kernal Debugger using: Com2 (port 0x28f, Baud rate 192000)

And from McAfee...
The file"windows" was deleted to complete the Clean process. Huh??? It deleted windows?

And as I was typing this, it said it found and deleted a trojan called Generic.dx

Right now the computer is super slow and locks up constantly. I'm getting pop-ups for just about everything and it sends me to pages I didn't ask for and starts searches I didn't want.

Apparently this is a variant of Virtumonde...
Please follow the instructions in How To Remove Winfixer / Virtumonde / Msevents / Trojan.vundo.b and post back afterwards.

Hi kellydoz,

I see you have an open HJT log posted in the HijackThis Logs and Malware Removal forum.
You shouldn't make any changes to your system, while your HJT log is posted, as that could change the results of the posted log, making it difficult to properly clean your system.

At this point, the HJT Team should be the only members that you take advice from, until they have verified your log as clean.

I'm closing this topic until you are cleared by the HJT Team.
If, after your log has been cleaned, you still need help, please PM a Moderator and we will re-open this topic.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send me a PM.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
