I have a pile of new AcerPower FH computers with WinXPpro on them. After installing MS Office 2003 on them the symbols (as in Insert Symbol) are not displaying. As I recently had a number of new HP desktops with winXPpro thet do not have this problem Im know it is a problem with the Acers. Any Ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome to BC
Do you mean you don't have the Insert command on the tool bar? Are you using an image to load all of the computers with a multiple license?

The insert command is there, but when I sellect Insert- Symbol and the box opens, Many of the symbols are missing. It is the missing symbols that we are trying to get.

I have found that it is the Unicode Symbols that are missing. Followed the guide for adding unicode and still no symbols visible.
