I have installed a new MOBO in my Acer Aspire 1350 laptop but it is not working. I think the CPU isn't seated properly.
Does anyone know the correct procedure for installing CPU in these laptops??

Basically it's the same as a desktop. Be sure to use thermal compound. Go over the installation again and recheck all connections. double-check the CPU for bent pins

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
