Hi can anyone tell me what the process KService.exe is? When i am online i keep getting error messages refering to this stating do i want to debug?

I do run the debug but to no avail, i now simply press cancel and it throw me out of IE
How do i sort this out?

I think it's something to do with the BBC i player (Kontiki)

Thanks

Hello charlie007 and welcome to BC :flowers:

Does the message give you the File Path of KService.exe? If so, what is it?

What exactly are you doing online when you get this message?

What is your operating system: Windows XP, Vista etc.?

Can you provide the name of a site that is causing this? Break up the URL so it isn't active, or remove the hyperlink in the post. I want to see if I get the same message when I go to the site. Also, what browser are you using?
