Hi there,
I wish I could post more info on my daughter in laws pc but it wont restart at all. Not even in safe mode. I even tried to get it to start again by clicking start on most recent good start up but it wont do anything. We don't have the windows xp disk anymore either.

Am I going to have to have someone reinstall everything now to get it to reboot?
Thanks for any help ahead of time

Pretty much. You can try messing around with the boot.ini file. Most people end up reinstalling the OS. Do you have an XP disk or the recovery disk that came with your computer?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

No unfortunately we don't have anything here anymore. That sucks. I know my brother in law can fix it but that means it will be awhile. Thanks for the help anyhow
