Pop up Adds and Tool Bar Missing

hi,

My computer seems to be infected with some kind of virus i think.
There are alot of pop-up ads but i did turn up the pop up blocker and my start up toolbar has gone misssing.
can anyone help?

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

thanks, i've tried the superantispyware.
i tried the full scan and it qurrantine some files but then after rebooting the computer i scanned again there are still other threats detected. and my msn seems to have virus

Ok reboot in safe mode and run a full scan from there.
