Hello folks, just another first-timer, sending out a nervous how-do. Not particulary au fait with the technology thang, but I do have a good try....
Unfortunately I have the heart of a geek and the brain of a gnu!
(Tho' having spent the last 6 weeks in regular contact with the outsourced support desk of a well known UK telecommunicaions company-it would seem I know more than some.. :thumbsup: !)
I look forward to making your aquaintance/s. Be gentle with me-I'm new to all this! :flowers:
