I picked up some sort of adware, and when it pops up,it has some vague references to threats or vulnerabilities in the system, and upon clicking a "more info" type of link, there is another window that pops up(undoubtedly generated by the malware) that is entitled something like "Help and Support" and is similar in appearance to the Windows H&S Center. However,it is an obvious ad for something called "Windows Performance 4".I haven't found anything on the web about it,so I figured I'd just bring it to you guys.

Would someone be so kind as to check my attached HJT log?
