I have two "show desktop" icons in quick launch. The problem is that if I remove one, the other stops working (regardless of which one I remove).

In properties the first "Show Desktop" icon is:

C:\Documents and Settings\Jeff\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

Type of file: WINDOWS EXPLORER COMMAND

The second is:

C:\Documents and Settings\Jeff\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

Type of file: SHORTCUT

Any idea how I can get back to having just one "show desktop" icon on my quick launch?

Thanks,

Jeff

EDIT: Oops, I think I fixed it - by deleting the one that's a shortcut. Would that be the recommendation?

That sounds about right. Maybe you created a shortcut by accident.
Thanks for letting us know.
